1.1For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Your Company Name is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Your Company Name is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. 1.3 The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.

1.4 The minimum weight taken into account is 250gms (only for documents) for domestic shipments and 500gms for international shipments. There is a parcel surcharge applicable for the consignments other than documents irrespective of weight of the shipments in case of international deliveries.

  • Orders will only be shipped to addresses within India
  • Orders for in-stock items will ship within one (1) business day (excluding Sundays and public non-working holidays).
  • Orders placed after 4:00pm time may not be processed until the next business day. Orders for out-stock items will ship within three (3) business days (excluding Sundays and public non-working holidays).
  • All orders will be shipped via Reputed Courier unless other courier services are requested.
  • Shipping rates depends on three factors namely weight, destination and urgency of delivery.
  • Overnight and same-day shipping will incur an extra charge.
  • COD (Cash on delivery) shipments will incur an additional charge over already-paid shipments.
  • The following payment confirmation is required before shipping.
  • Bank authorization and confirmation of your credit card or ATM card.
  • Bank confirmation of your Internet Bank Transfer to our account.
  • Bank confirmation of your bank deposit or payment into our bank account.
  • The availability of the delivery options may vary in some locations with limited courier access.
  • Some locations may not be eligible for COD/Courier delivery. However, in such cases, order collection or pick-up at the nearest courier depot to delivery address will be made available.
  • We reserve the right to not to dispatch the product with or without stating any valid reason.

 

  1. Return Policy

We personally inspect each item prior to shipping. Should you wish to return an unused item, for any reason, you may do so within 15 days of your delivery, for an exchange or full refund. In case you are not completely satisfied with our products and feel that the product received is not as per specification given on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product. The customer support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate action. We expect from you to state clear reasons for your dissatisfaction with the product received. The following are important pointers.

  • ISNS gives you fifteen (15) working days to request for cancelation and ask for refund of your product from the date of receiving the product.
  • Any cancelation and refund request received post cancelation period mentioned above will not be entertained.
  • We reserve the right to refund you in full or partially for your product.
  • In addition, we also reserve the right to refuse a refund.
  • Refund of any payment or cancelled payments back to customer will take minimum of  (15) working days from the date of acceptance of cancelation and refund.
  • Refund policy – Refund duration of 7 – 14 days working days and mode will be NEFT to customer’s bank account.
  • Cancel and return policy – customer can cancel the order in 48 hours of placing the order and refund will be initiated after 7days of receiving the payment through bank thru bank transfer to customers account
  • Shipping and delivery policy – delivery duration will be 4 -8 days max depending on area location.
  • Delivery information – The ordered products will be shipped within 7 working days when the order gets placed.
  • The logistics would be handled by third party services like DHL, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ecom, ARAMEX etc.

“We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.”

 Cancellation Policy

IndiaShopNStore believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the (Company Name) marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • IndiaShopNStore does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non-durable items like mobile phones, mixer grinder, calculator etc., please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 21 days of receipt of the products. For books, VCDs, DVDs, software products, the matter should be reported within 5 days.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
